1. Will all my yarn be from the same dye lot?

Yes! We always double-check dye lot numbers before shipping to ensure your yarn matches perfectly.
If our current stock includes mixed lots, we’ll contact you first by email or phone. We’ll only send different lots with your approval — otherwise, we can order new stock for you or offer a refund if it’s unavailable.


2. The colour I need is out of stock — what can I do?

No problem! Just contact us by email, phone, or text. We can usually place a special order for you, and it typically takes 3–5 working days for the yarn to arrive in-store.


3. Can you make a special order for me?

Absolutely! If it’s a brand we currently stock, we can most likely order it in just for you. Contact us anytime for a free quote and estimated delivery time.


4. Do you have sales or seasonal promotions?

We believe in everyday low prices, so we don’t run limited-time promotions like Easter, Black Friday, or Boxing Day sales.
You can always shop with confidence knowing you’re getting our best price every day.


5. Is there a discount for buying in bulk?

Yes! All bulk discounts are clearly listed on our website — for example:

  • Spend $50 and save $10

We don’t offer additional discounts beyond these listed deals.


6. Your shop hours don’t fit my schedule — can you open at another time?

Of course! Get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to arrange a time that suits you.


7. Do you have Afterpay?

We don’t currently offer Afterpay, as the fees are quite high — and we prefer to keep our prices as affordable as possible for our customers.

However, we do offer flexible split payment options!
When placing your order (online or in-store), simply select Bank Transfer as your payment method. You can then make your payment in 4 easy weekly instalments.

Example:
If your total is $100, you can pay:

  • Week 1 – $25

  • Week 2 – $25

  • Week 3 – $25

  • Week 4 – $25

Once full payment is received, your order will be ready for pickup or delivery — whichever you prefer.

8. Can I Add Items After Placing My Order?

We pack and dispatch orders quickly during our normal business hours (Monday to Friday). If you've placed and paid for an order and then realise you've forgotten something, please call us on 027 699 2767 as soon as possible to check whether your parcel has already been dispatched.

If your parcel has not yet left our store, we're happy to add extra items to your order with no additional shipping charge.

If you place an order in the evening (6pm-8am) or over the weekend (Friday 6pm- Monday 8am), you can select "Pick Up" at checkout to avoid paying shipping twice. Simply leave us a note at checkout or send us an email, and we'll combine all of your orders and ship them together.
