Shipping policy

Flat shipping rate $7.95 dollars for non-rural and $10 dollars for rural New Zealand.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding NZ Public Holidays) once payment has been received. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days and extra 1-2 days for rural. 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order has shipped. 

We send all our parcels with NZ Post or Pass the parcel (castle parcel) depending on the size and location. 

Click and Collect You will received an email once your order is ready for pick up. You can pick up during our shop opening hours which is Monday and Friday 3pm - 6pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/ Thursday and Sunday 9.30am to 1.30pm

Shipping to Australia All parcels are shipped via NZ Post and are handed over to Australia Post upon arrival. We use the Economy tracked service, which includes a tracking number. Delivery typically takes around 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout—please select the appropriate rate for your order. The correct shipping amount must be paid in full before we can dispatch your parcel.

For large orders over 2.5kg, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote.

Please note: Buyers do NOT pay NZ GST Tax when choose Australian shipping address at check out. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the Australian Government. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any applicable import regulations or charges prior to purchasing from our website.
